Explore the history of Keldgate in a new exhibition at Beverley Guildhall starting on Friday 3rd March 2017.
This is an excellent opportunity to think about a street you may have never considered before. Keldgate is most definitely more than a route from A to B! It has a fascinating history, with shops, a mission hall, a school, tannery, dairy and the essential pubs. All of which have now since disappeared.
The Guildhall is open from 10am to 4pm on Fridays, and 10am to 1pm on Wednesdays until Sunday 30th April 2017. From Monday 1st May 2017, the Wednesday openings will be extended until 4pm. More information about Beverley Guildhall can be found here.
Admission is always free!
