Beverley on Film

To 18th November 2016: Beverley on Film. An exhibition of archive films of Beverley, including subjects such as Beverley at Work, Beverley at Play, Beverley Salutes the Soldier and Around the Town.

Also included in the programme are the whole of the 1937 film by Ernest Symmons, Beverley Through the Ages, in which the town celebrated its history with pageants and event.

There is also an early road safety film called The Man with the Notebook. There is a total of approximately four hours of films which are shown at different times on Wednesdays and Fridays to provide plenty of opportunities for people to come back and see the whole programme.
