This Easter holiday, Hull Museums and Ferens Art Gallery have developed an exciting online family activity programme on the theme of health and wellbeing. On our social media and YouTube channels we’ll be posting activity videos across the fortnight, inspired by our amazing collections and artworks, including historical cooking demonstrations, artist tutorials, mindfulness exercises, and nature themed activities. There’s something for everyone!
We have also partnered with our friends at Hull City Council’s Healthy Lifestyles Team and the Hull: Yorkshire’s Maritime City Project to create a brand new Magical Museums health and wellbeing themed family activity pack designed by brilliant local designer Joseph Cox. The booklet is packed full of simple activities, inspired by our wonderful collections, that you can try at home as a family to take time out to relax, play, get active and have fun!
