Documentary film-maker Simon Sharp’s work in the Common Foe exhibition, forms the back-drop to an evening exploring the challenges faced by fishermen during the Cod
Wars. Members of Hull’s Hillbilly Troupe and Spare Hands perform a range of maritime music, including shanties and songs inspired by the Hessle Road fishing community.
